Mammals (apartments for dogs and cats, etc.) are limited to small animals that are 50 cm or less in length and weigh 8 kg or less when fully grown.
Birds
Pets such as birds are limited to small birds that are kept as a pet and raised in a cage with handles. Parrots, pigeons, or birds of similar size are not allowed.
Fish
Indoor fish must be kept as pets only and must be kept in a
water tank of 90cm x 45cm x 45cm or smaller. Any use of an
automatic water supply is strictly prohibited.
※The fish tank may not be placed on a shelf or similar surface. Several tanks may not be placed on the same surface.
Amphibians & Reptiles
Amphibians / reptiles must be 30cm or less in length and must not be venomous or aggressive towards humans.
※As a general rule, only one pet is allowed per household. For fish, one tank is allowed.
Pet Registration Process
Submit the “Pet Registration Form” provided by Village House
Village House will check the registration form and approve or reject it if: 1. The animal is protected under the Act on Welfare and Management of Animals 2. Animals that have caused physical harm to a human or humans in the past 3. Animals that are infected and can transfer diseases or viruses to humans 4. Poisonous animals 5. Animals that disturb the peace of the surrounding tenants 6. Other animals that the Village House deems to be unsuitable to live on premises

*Village House may ask for the latest photo of said approved pet
at any time.
