All of our lease contracts are for 2 years and can be auto-renewed after that period. Should you choose to cancel within 24 months, bear in mind that there will be a cancellation fee (within 12 months, the fee is worth 3 months’ rent and within 24 months, the fee is worth 2 months’ rent).
*Do note that in case of parking space termination, the penalty fee would incur.
