Refer-A-Friend

The new tenant (your friend) must undergo our screening and sign a lease with us before moving in.

The lease application form submitted by the new tenant (your friend) must include your name, address, contact number, and birth date and whether you are a tenant of a Village House apartment or not.

After signing the lease, the new tenant (your friend) must never be late paying rent or other fees (including all fees set forth in the lease, such as common service expenses and parking lot fees) for a period of time specified by us and must continue the lease until the last day of the month in which free rent is given under the friend referral system. (If the new tenant is a corporation and leases multiple rental properties, this condition must be met for each of those leased properties.)

For an individual new tenant, no more than one friend referral is allowed per property.

For a new tenant who is a corporation leasing multiple properties, no more than one friend referral is allowed per corporation. Free rent and a QUO card will be given for each property leased by the new tenant.

There is no limit to the number of new tenants that you can refer to us. If you refer multiple new individual or corporate tenants, you will receive the above-mentioned benefit for each new tenant.

If all of the above conditions are met, the new tenant (your friend) will receive one month’s free rent, and the referrer (you) will receive a ¥10,000 QUO card roughly 7 to 8 months after the start of the lease period. We reserve the right to not present the QUO card to you based on our screening results. (The reason for not presenting the card will not be disclosed.)

Your personal information will be used only in relation to the friend referral system and handled pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
