3. What is the minimum rental period at Village House?
The minimum rental period at Village House is 2 years. We regret to inform you that we do not offer shorter contracts and all our lease contracts are standard. If your contract is terminated, a cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to extend your stay beyond 2 years, simply renew your contract with us.
