You can rent from 1 to more than 100 corporate housing rooms.

What are the initial costs?
A

2 months deposit (refunded when you move out), fire insurance (from 10,000 yen for 2 years with our company), first month's prorated rent, and 2nd month's rent.

What is the renewal fee?
A

This is not required. If the contract is for 2 years or more, it will be automatically renewed.
