4. We will appropriately manage and handle customer information.
5. We will maintain an effective internal management system to ensure appropriate insurance solicitation practices and provide suitable training to personnel engaged in the sale of insurance products.
6. We will endeavor to respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and courteously.
